Marc Bernié specialises in litigation and maritime arbitration. He deals mainly with maritime-related cases.
A graduate of Université d’Aix-en-Provence (Degree 1998 – Masters 1999) and the Institut de Droit des Affaires (Masters in Business Law, 2000), he subsequently specialised in maritime and transport law (Masters in Maritime and Transport Law, 2002).
A member of the Association Française de Droit Maritime and the Institut Méditerranéen des Transports et Maritimes and a former lecturer at the Maritime and Transport law centre at Université d’Aix Marseille III, he regularly contributes to various industry journals including Droit Maritime Français ».
